Triathlon Training
The Nenagh Triathlon Club cater for all levels of competitor, from beginner to elite athletes. For those of you who have always dreamed about finishing just one triathlon then now is the right time to begin race training for the 2008 season.

Swimming
Where: Nenagh Leisure Center

Description
There will be public lane swimming available from 8:00 until 10:00. The NTC will be helping new comers develop their swimming technique and organising structured swimming sets for more accomplished swimmers
Cycling
9:30 - 12:00 am - Sunday
Where: Sat - Social Welfare Office, Sun - Moynans Bike Shop

Description
The NTC are joining with the North Tipp. Wheelers for cycles on weekends. Average speeds of cycles are between 16 - 18 mph. Cycling with a group really improves your cycling and helmets are compulsory.
Running
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Wednesday
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Friday

Description
The NTC organise a sprint session on Wednesday evenings. This is great for developing speed for races. On Fridays we will be doing a moderate pace 5 mile run.
