14/01/08 - Tuam 5 Mile Road Race ResultsKeith Butler, Michael O'Dwyer, Joe Cantwell and Shane Scully all made the trip to Tuam for a 5 mile road race on Sunday. 225 people lined up on the starting line and the pace was very quick along the 8km fast course.
First home for the Triathlon club was Shane Scully, next home was Keith Butler, Joe Cantwell and then Michael O'Dwyer. Keith, Joe and Michael (who was competing in his first ever race) all ran personal bests for the distance. This is very promising for the season ahead!
The next race for the club is the Limerick Duathlon on Feb 17th
